The size of the universe is so unfathomable. Watching something like this makes it seem silly to believe that there isn’t life on other planets. There could be humans or more advanced life on hundreds or thousands (or more!) of other planets, yet we may never find them.

I really hope that when I pass on, all of the questions I could ever ask will be answered.

The San Pelligrino 50 Best Restaurants in the World list is better than the Michelin list, and their 2012 ratings are right on. Per Se at 6 and not surprisingly Eleven Madison Park jumps from 24 to 10! It is that good. I expect it to be in the Top 5 next year for sure. Another one to watch out for next year: Atera in New York.

Couldnt agree with this more… Apple should buy Foursquare and Square:

To summarize: after the deal, Apple will immediately become a giant payments company, with an installation base that is expected to encompass half of all mobile devices sold.
