After staying up late to witness history and watching Obama’s speech live last night. Im at a loss for words. So I wont even try to say anything as nothing I can ever say will give justice to how I felt hearing him. He makes me, and the world, want to to like and love America again. Obama reminds me why, when I was growing up in Pakistan, all I ever wanted to do was go to school and college in America. Because where else but in America can a guy like Obama run for president and (hopefully!) win?! Im so glad that he addressed, straight up, all the things I had mentioned before that Obama was not doing. He took the fight to McCain and delivered a knock out punch.

Its that promise of America that has been missing in the last decade. On he can bring it back.

Me too. I lost all hope for America with Bush’s 8 year presidency, but now I feel that there is still hope in Obama’s leading the states.
