We’re Still Here

December 6th, 2007

I can not believe that after almost three years we’re still here. Here being nowhere. We are nowhere near the end to the killing and genocide in Darfur. I wrote about it back in early 2006. I wrote about it again later in 2006. I wrote about it earlier this year. I can not believe that here we are, going into 2008 - there are still people dying everyday. Under our watch. I can not forgive myself for not doing more. Can you?

I have hope that in the coming year, which is an election year in the US, we will finally get some action and America will act and use its influence for good - rather than going after a threat that doesnt exist in Iran.

Rest your head my friend. We’ll be there one day. I know this brain and heart fuck, I have it almost daily.

I loved the original Predator, but hated all the other Alien vs Predator crap. Now Predator franchise is back with its next installment with all-new kick ass creatures. Here’s a 2-min preview. Sick!

Frank Rich on how the Bush-Cheney machine is trying to rewrite history - they are even going so far as to make the world believe that the 9/11 attacks didnt happen on Bush’s watch. Its so absurd that it might actually work and people will start believing it, as a lot of people in middle America that vote for these morons are clueless and idiots.

I couldnt more happy about the recent diplomatic clash between the Obama administration and Israel. Maybe now the US will finally see the Terrorist State of Israel for what it truly is: a dark piece of garbage on the face of this planet that is the reason for all the wars and evil in this world. They are two-timing, backstabbing bastards and have been screwing the US for years.

This might be the last of the epic music videos that were so famous back in the 80’s or early 90’s: Lady Gaga and Beyonce’s Telephone. Pretty neat (if not weird) production. Beyonce, as usual, looking smokin’! And check out all the product placements, sheesh.

“We accept that Ms Margolis is not and never has been “a hooker” or otherwise involved in the sex industry.” A funny correction by the Independent news paper.

I love this Photoblog. Love the sense of mystery, as there is no info, no words about the author, just pictures.

Interactive map of New York City’s best coffee houses. Cafe Grumpy is my favorite, as they have the $20,000 Clover coffee machine. Yes, it costs $20,000. Coffee is the new Wine.
