They serve a purpose. They haul our crap. What purpose does an SUV serve, other than to fill your a void in your life and to substitute your shortcomings? If I ever had the need to buy a car that was practical (and Im not saying an M3 isnt practical) and I needed some extra luggage space I'd buy an RS-4 or RS-6 Estate Wagon or a Volvo Type R Turbo. p.s. There is, however one exclusion to the SUV rule: Land Rovers. They are the Grand Daddy's of the off roders. They were out there even before the term "SUV" was even coined.
